My value of growth, connection and meaning led me to leadership coaching several years ago.
Throughout my career, I have navigated several transitions from Marketing to Human Resources to Leadership Coaching, and I know first-hand what it means to give voice to something inside you that’s trying to emerge.
We spend a large majority of our lives at work, and our experiences in this arena impact our personal lives and those around us. This is what I’ve moved toward in each of my transitions – revealing the transformational power of individuals in the workplace. As a coach, I work with leaders to increase their capacity to lead with ease. I am passionate about having deep meaningful conversations that encourage new ways of being in support of one’s goals. Having been in corporate leadership roles myself, I bring my ability to quickly grasp the context and offer both insight and empathy to each conversation.
